JOB OVERVIEW

Dear,

We run an eCommerce dropshipping business with multiple Shopify stores in different countries, primarily focused on fashion products.

We are looking for long-term teaUpgrade to see actual infombers who are eager to grow with our company. There is a great deal of opportunity for those who consistently contribute in a positive way. We’re seeking candidates who can represent our brand with excellent customer service and dedication.

This is a Customer Support role where you will follow a clear and structured process to ensure our customers are happy. Once you understand the steps, it becomes a very straightforward job.

?? Experience in Shopify fashion dropshipping is a must.
If you have not worked in a fashion-focused Shopify dropshipping environment before, please do not apply.

MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THESE PLATFORMS:

- ReAmaze (support help desk)
- Shopify (eCommerce platform)
- Slack (internal communication)
- DeepL (for translations)
- Google Documents/Excel (data entry)

Responsibilities:

- Handling customer complaints in a professional manner
- Reporting on refunds, complaints, and support trends
- Responding to customer emails regarding refunds, tracking, general FAQs
- Contributing to documentation and helping improve our support processes
- Responding to all customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner (within 12h SLA)
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times

We will provide you with:

- Video training
- Clear SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Access to our Lead Customer Support Specialist for guidance and support

Requirements:

- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- At least 2 years of Customer Support experience
- Experience in Shopify fashion dropshipping (non-negotiable)
- Available for weekly team calls
- Motivated, organized, eager to learn and grow
- Available to join immediately
- Able to work 40 hours per week once full-time starts (we start with a 2-week trial period part-time)
- Not working another full-time job at the same time

Ideally, you’ve handled customer support before in a similar setting. More importantly, you should love helping people and be detail-oriented. We value accuracy, clarity, and consistency in communication—no repeated emails, vague answers, or off-topic responses.
