Hey there! We're SA Ecommerce Ventures, an eCommerce company based in Wyoming, USA.

We're on the hunt for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. Your mission? To create stunning visual assets that elevate our brand presence and drive conversions across all platforms, helping scale our Shopify brand to multiple 7 & 8-figures.

As much as we love growth & development, if you do NOT have direct experience creating high-converting visual assets for eCommerce brands (particularly for Meta and other social platforms), unfortunately, this role is not for you...

???? Our Brand is currently generating multiple 6 figures a month and on our way to scale to 7 figures in monthly revenue. However, our content creation team is maxed out. So, if we're going to continue on our growth trajectory and accelerate our expansion, we will need a talented Visual Designer to join our creative team.

The purpose of the Graphic Designer Role at SA Ecommerce Ventures is to create visually compelling content that strengthens our brand identity, engages our audience, and converts browsers into buyers across all marketing channels.

As a Graphic Designer at SA Ecommerce Ventures, you possess advanced experience with design software including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other industry-standard tools. You have a proven track record of creating high-performing visual assets for eCommerce brands, particularly for digital advertising and social media. Experience with Shopify brands and understanding conversion-focused design principles is a must.

As a Graphic Designer at our company, you have the following character traits: creative vision, meticulous attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, adaptability to changing trends, and a passion for creating scroll-stopping designs that drive results.

???? Your Responsibilities at The Company?

· Create compelling image ads for Meta platforms that convert
· Design eye-catching website banners, product graphics, and landing page elements
· Develop cohesive social media content for organic posts (Instagram mainly)
· Design email marketing templates and graphics that drive engagement
· Create and maintain a consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints
· Stay updated with latest design trends and research what type of visuals are working in the eCommerce space
· Collaborate over Slack with the team on design strategy and execution
· Work within brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries
· Optimize graphics for various platforms and devices
· Source and enhance product photography when needed
· Create promotional graphics for special offers, sales, and seasonal campaigns
· Provide timely revisions based on team feedback and performance data
· Maintain an organized library of design assets
