We’re looking for an elite-level Data & Automation Specialist to join our team and play a key role in building systems that fuel our clients’ success. If you love integrating third-party tools, creating advanced automations, and transforming data into actionable dashboards, this is your dream job.

What You’ll Do (aka Your Superpowers)
- Automate Beyond the Basics – Build and refine Go High Level (GHL) workflows, funnels, and advanced API integrations to maximize efficiency.
- Turn Raw Data into Gold – Design and maintain high-impact dashboards that provide real-time insights using tools like Consolidata.
- Integrate Like a Pro – Connect third-party systems like Meta, CRMs, and other platforms to streamline data flow and reporting.
- Push the Boundaries – Research and implement AI, machine learning, and automation solutions to keep us ahead of the curve.
- Fix Problems Before They Happen – Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automations and dashboards to ensure reliability.
- Be the Data Oracle – Spot trends, analyze performance, and deliver insights that drive smarter business decisions.
Own Your Impact – Ensure all reports, automations, and processes are clear, actionable, and support decision-making.

What You Need to Crush It in This Role
- Expertise in Dashboards & Reporting – Experience with Google Sheets, Consolidata, or similar reporting tools to turn complex data into actionable insights.
- API & Automation Wizardry – Mastery of GHL, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or direct API integrations to connect platforms seamlessly.
- Problem-Solving Mindset – You anticipate issues and solve them before they become problems.
- Tech-Savviness & Adaptability – Passion for learning new tools, testing automation strategies, and leveraging AI solutions.
- Detail-Obsessed & Deadline-Driven – You ensure accuracy and deliver on time, every time.
- Strong Collaboration & Communication – You work well with marketing strategists, designers, and sales teams to keep systems running smoothly.
