Appoint Setter - Cold Calling (Work From Home)

We’re looking for 2 full-time appointment setters to help us cold call U.S. business owners and schedule appointments for AT&T Fiber & Business Phone service

???? Schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM EST (Monday to Friday, 1-hour lunch)

???? Pay: $3/hour + $1 bonus per confirmed appointment

? Performance Tiers for Higher Pay:
10+ appointments/week ? $3.50/hour next month
20+ appointments/week ? $4/hour next month
30+ appointments/week ? $4.50/hour next month
40+ appointments/week ? $5/hour next month

????? Tools: Google Voice (for calling) + Zoho CRM (for tracking)

???? Responsibilities:
- Call business owners using a provided list.
- Follow a proven script and qualify prospects.
- Schedule appointments in our CRM.
- Record call notes and update lead statuses.

? Requirements:
- Fluent in English (must submit a voice recording/video call in interview)
- Reliable internet connection and headset
- Experience in cold calling or appointment setting is a plus
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours
