Job Opportunity: Experienced Shopify Customer Support Agent
We are looking for a dedicated customer service agent who can respond to customers professionally and empathetically while adhering to company policies. It’s essential to maintain a human touch in all interactions and be firm when necessary to uphold our standards.
Requirements:
Fluent English skills: We will conduct a voice interview to assess your proficiency. Candidates with subpar English skills will not be selected.
Prior customer service experience: This is non-negotiable. Applicants without relevant experience will not be considered.
Shopify customer support experience: You must have experience managing customer support for Shopify stores, including handling order inquiries and pulling tracking links.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer support
- Use provided templates to craft responses tailored to individual customer inquiries. This does not mean copy and pasting the responses. Every customer needs to be tailored too and properly responded too.
- The ability to follow clear directions. Write "I am a human" at the top of your proposal
- Pull and share tracking links from Shopify as needed.
- Work Monday to Sunday, dedicating up to 6 hours daily if needed required for work to be completed.
- Sunday (half day)
- Timeproof is required and is a must.
