The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in skip tracing, be detail-oriented, and possess strong research skills to uncover accurate and comprehensive data. You'll need to have the ability to navigate public records, databases, and other resources effectively. My goal is to work with someone who is interested in building a long-term relationship while enhancing their expertise and capabilities over time. Possibility for opportunity to work on tasks like cold calling and property comping in the future.
