Key Responsibilities:
Analyze account-level data related to queue ratings, purchase history
Identify and interpret trends, anomalies, and impacts of specific activities on account performance.
Prepare clear and actionable reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate closely with the operations team to develop data-driven strategies and recommendations.
Develop, manage, and improve data collection processes and analytic methodologies.
