About Us: Parrish REI Academy teaches beginner-level real estate investors how to successfully wholesale properties. We focus on simple, straightforward, step-by-step guidance to help beginners achieve financial freedom through real estate investing.

Job Summary: We seek an enthusiastic and experienced Real Estate Wholesaling Coach & Acquisition Manager to guide our beginner-level students and manage property acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and proven success in real estate wholesaling and acquisitions.

Responsibilities:

Lead virtual coaching sessions for beginner students.

Provide clear, easy-to-follow instructions on finding deals, contacting sellers, contracts, and deal management.

Answer student questions clearly and patiently.

Offer supportive feedback, motivation, and accountability to help students achieve their goals.

Help improve curriculum and coaching materials to ensure effectiveness and simplicity.

Track student progress and assist in overcoming obstacles.

Identify and acquire profitable real estate deals.

Negotiate effectively with sellers to secure favorable terms.

Manage leads and maintain accurate records of acquisitions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in real estate wholesaling and acquisitions, particularly successful deals and negotiations.

Previous coaching or teaching experience is highly desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience and empathy for beginner-level students.

Ability to simplify complex concepts clearly and effectively.

Comfortable using virtual platforms (Zoom, CRM, online teaching tools).
