About the Role
We are looking for a fast, detail-oriented Video Editor to work on social media ads on Facebook & Instagram. Your main responsibility will be to edit and translate existing ads from competitors, and sometimes creating custom content. Occasionally, you may be asked to make small modifications or original edits, but the focus is on translating and adapting content for different markets.
This is a stable, long-term position with consistent daily work. If you have experience editing ads, adding subtitles, and translating video content, this job is for you!

Key Responsibilities:
?? Translate & localize competitor ads into different languages with ChatGPT (Dutch, Swedish, German, etc.)
?? Edit existing video ads to match different audiences & platforms
?? Add subtitles, text overlays, and voiceovers using text-to-speech tools
?? Stay extremely consistent & meet your daily deadlines and ensure fast turnaround times
?? Must be extremely self motivated and have experience working from home
?? Don't be too busy with other clients etc (must have high availabillity and a want to work a lot)

Required Skills & Experience:
???? Strong video editing experience, particularly with ads & social media content
???? Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software
???? Experience translating & localizing video content into multiple languages (Dutch, Swedish, German, etc.)
???? Text-to-speech with a tool like ElevenLabs, adding subtitles, and bonus if you have motion graphics skills
???? Ability to quickly edit and modify existing content and at rare times create custom videos
???? Reliable & deadline-driven—must consistently meet daily targets while working remotely
???? Good eye for engagement—knows what makes an ad perform well
???? If you have motion graphics skills and can create 3d animation clips its a plus (but not required)
