Are you a fanatical prospector who loves finding new business and building relationships? Do you thrive on closing deals and creating opportunities? If so, we want you on our team at Global Roof Talent!

We help roofing companies hire skilled global talent for 80% less than U.S. hires. Your job is to find and connect with roofing businesses that need our service. You’ll also build a network of industry insiders who can become sub-agents and bring in referrals.

What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and cold-call roofing companies to introduce them to our service
- Build relationships with industry insiders to grow our sub-agent network
- Follow up on leads, book meetings, and move prospects through the sales funnel
- Track your outreach and sales efforts in our CRM
- Help roofing businesses solve their hiring challenges with our talent solutions

What We’re Looking For:
- Hustlers who love sales and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone
- Great communicators who can connect with business owners
- Self-starters who can work independently and hit targets
- Experience in sales, recruiting, or the roofing industry is a plus

Pay & Growth
- $1,000–$1,500/month during the trial period
- Opportunity for commissions after proving success
