JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing daily email campaigns to engage our audience and drive conversions. With expertise in Klaviyo, the candidate will manage email flows, create compelling designs, and ensure our email strategy aligns with our marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and send daily email campaigns to targeted audiences.
Design visually appealing email templates that reflect brand guidelines and resonate with subscribers.
Manage and optimize email flows (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase) to maximize engagement and revenue.
Utilize Klaviyo to build, segment, and maintain email lists for personalized campaigns.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align email strategies with broader campaigns and goals.
Ensure email content is error-free, on-brand, and compliant with industry regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM).
Stay updated on email marketing trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in email marketing, with a focus on campaign execution and design.
Expert-level proficiency with Klaviyo (required).
Strong design skills, with experience creating email templates (knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus).
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet daily deadlines.
Analytical mindset with experience tracking KPIs (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with a passion for crafting engaging customer experiences.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with A/B testing and optimizing email performance.
