GHL System Administrator
Full Time remote position.

We're looking for an experienced and talented GHL Workflow Guru who can support us to improve our existing GHL configuration.


The ideal candidate should be an expert in all aspects of GHL, including CRM setup, funnel creation, campaign management and automation of business workflows. This role will also involve ongoing GHL maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.

The work involves:
1. Review of existing set up to identify opportunities to improve processes
2. Design and build a multi-step sales funnel using GoHighLevel, including landing pages, opt-in forms, email sequences, and automation workflows.
3. Set up tracking and analytics to monitor funnel performance, including lead source tracking, conversion rates, and overall funnel effectiveness.
4. Ad Hoc Tasks

Key Responsibilities:
Implement GoHighLevel (GHL) to optimize CRM, funnel, and marketing processes
Customize workflows to improve operational efficiency and client engagement
Integrate automation into various aspects of our business, including email sequences, customer journey flows, and follow-up campaigns
Perform regular system updates, backups, and troubleshooting to maintain platform performance
Train internal staff on GHL features and provide ongoing support as needed
Stay up-to-date with the latest automation technologies and best practices to continuously improve our offerings.

Qualifications:
Extensive experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) implementation, usage, and maintenance (certification is a plus)
Strong expertise in building and optimizing workflows using GHL automation tools
Ability to set up complex automation sequences to streamline business processes
Familiarity with integration of GHL into various marketing and sales channels
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with our team
Proficiency in ClickUp, Zapier, etc
Min 3 years experience in GHL


Pay:
The package will be equivalent to the successful candidate's experience and skill.


Bonus Skills:


Knowledge of API integrations with GHL
Prior experience in scaling GHL for fast-growing businesses
Proven experience with AI chatbots and voice calling tools, particularly Go High Level (GHL).
Strong understanding of AI-driven automation and how it can be applied to improve client engagement and operational efficiency.
Out-of-the-box thinker with a passion for delivering results and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
