We create a software that parses resumes and creates branded resumes.
Your job is to QA all resumes and all tickets and to write test cases for tickets, here is the day to day:
* Score customer resumes and give any notes on why the bad resumes parsed badly
* QA all tickets in “ready for QA”
* Check dev/sentry and create a ticket
* Check Bugs channel and create a tickets for reported bugs
* Create any new tickets for issues you find related to QA then respond to the bug channel
* Add new test cases to the full test suite
* Check all slack messages and trello for new tickets and notifications
* Go through any tickets that are assigned to you and go through them
