- Follow up and nurture warm leads to keep them engaged
- Maintain and update CRM with lead details and call notes
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for agents

Requirements

- Amazing English (Native American accent required)
- Experience in real estate cold calling or sales
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to build rapport with potential clients
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and call scripts
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
