Job Title: Personal Assistant to Startup Founder

Hourly Rate: $5 USD/Hr

Location: Australia

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to our founder. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. You will play a crucial role in the initial setup and ongoing operations of our startup, ensuring efficiency and smooth execution of key tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Legal and Business Foundation:
o Research and coordinate with legal counsel specializing in startups and IP.
o Assist in drafting and managing legal documents, including NDAs and employment contracts.
• Branding and Initial Development:
o Coordinate logo design with graphic designers.
o Register and manage domain names.
o Assist in the creation and maintenance of a basic website/landing page.
• Market Research and Development Preparation:
o Conduct market research on existing parking apps and competitors.
o Research and compile information on potential app development agencies.
o Assist in developing basic budgets and financial projections.
• Ongoing Administrative Support:
o Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel.
o Handle email correspondence and phone calls.
o Organize and manage digital and physical files.
o Conduct research and gather information as needed.
o Assist with basic book keeping.
• Project Coordination:
o Track project progress and deadlines.
o Coordinate tasks with contractors.
o Assist with meeting coordination, agendas, and minutes.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in modern email systems.
• Experience with online research and information gathering.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of Australian business practices and legal processes (preferred).
• Experience with startup environments (preferred).
• Tech-savviness and ability to learn new software and tools quickly.
• Knowledge of basic book keeping.
