Walmart Marketplace Assistant

We are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented assistant to support our Walmart 3 Marketplace stores. Key responsibilities for each store include:

Updating a daily profit spreadsheet to accurately record sales and expenses.
Monitoring the Walmart buy box daily and adjusting prices as needed.
Keeping track of inventory and alerting management about restocks.
Purchasing shipping labels through the Walmart platform and Upgrade to see actual info at the lowest available rates.
Ensuring we meet sales goals and Walmart performance targets.
Adding 50 or more new products weekly that meet our profitability, shipping and brand criteria.
Researching and negotiating wholesale pricing to optimize sourcing costs.
Responding to customer messages within 48 hours with response template/custom response.
Identifying private-label opportunities for new product lines.
Maintaining clear, consistent communication with the team.
This role requires 3 hours of work daily, attention to detail, and consistency in following established processes.
