Canva Designer

We're seeking a talented and creative Canva designer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is focused on creating digital designs for special occasions. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, experience with Canva, and a passion for creating visually appealing content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create unique and eye-catching designs using Canva
- Design digital products including flyers, ebooks, social media posts, invitations, and signs
- Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to understand design requirements
- Attend weekly video calls to discuss projects and receive feedback
- Meet deadlines consistently and communicate progress effectively
- Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to improve design outcomes

Requirements:

- Proven experience designing with Canva (portfolio submission required)
- Strong design skills and creative thinking abilities
- Passion for design and visual aesthetics
- Excellent communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate
- Stable internet connection for remote work
- Responsive and reliable communication
- Availability for weekly video meetings
- Ability to start immediately

2. Selected candidates will be invited to complete a free trial design
3. Successful candidates from the trial will move on to a paid design day
4. Final hiring decisions will be made based on design day challenge performance
