The role involves collaborating with internal teams, brokers, buyers, and legal teams to ensure smooth transactions. The Disposition Manager also monitors market trends, ensures compliance with regulations, and works to maximize the financial return on each sale or property sale.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the sale of real estate properties and assets
Manage pricing, marketing, and negotiation strategies
Coordinate with brokers, buyers, and legal teams to facilitate transactions
Analyze market trends to determine the optimal timing and price for property sales
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate records and reporting on sales and dispositions

The Acquisitions Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and acquiring real estate assets that align with the company’s investment goals. This role involves conducting thorough market research, analyzing property values, negotiating deals, and managing the acquisition process from start to finish. The Acquisitions Manager works closely with internal teams, brokers, sellers, and financial institutions to ensure successful transactions and maximize returns on investments.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and identify potential real estate acquisition opportunities
Conduct market research and property analysis to assess value and risk
Negotiate purchase agreements and terms with sellers
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (brokers, attorneys, lenders) to facilitate acquisitions
Oversee due diligence, including property inspections, financial analysis, and legal compliance
Manage and track acquisition budgets and timelines
Monitor market trends to identify emerging opportunities and strategic investments
