The Disposition Manager also monitors market trends, ensures compliance with regulations, and works to maximize the financial return on each sale or property sale.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the sale of real estate properties and assets

Coordinate with brokers, buyers, and legal teams to facilitate transactions

Negotiate purchase agreements and terms with sellers
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (brokers, attorneys, lenders) to facilitate acquisitions
Oversee due diligence, including property inspections, financial analysis, and legal compliance
Manage and track acquisition budgets and timelines
