JOB OVERVIEW

WADIC is a leading web development company providing top-tier software solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our team and manage HR processes based on the WADIC HR framework. This is a permanent work-from-home position. Candidates must have a strong HR background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage HR operations effectively.

As an HR Executive at WADIC, you will play a key role in shaping our company culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring smooth HR operations. You will be responsible for building a strong workforce, enhancing employee satisfaction, and implementing HR best practices to help WADIC achieve its long-term business goals. You will also be responsible for monitoring employee attendance and assisting in the planning and execution of company events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Onboarding
Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.
Prepare onboarding materials and conduct orientation sessions.
Coordinate with department heads to facilitate new employee integration.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Foster a positive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
Organize team-building activities, training, and development programs.
Implement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and productivity.

3. Payroll & Compensation
Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage benefits administration and leave policies.
Maintain compliance with salary structures based on the WADIC HR framework.
Continuously review and enhance compensation and benefits strategies to remain competitive.

4. Performance Management & Training
Develop and implement performance appraisal systems.
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
Support career development, succession planning, and leadership programs.
Work closely with department heads to set performance goals and track employee progress.

5. Contracts & Compliance
Prepare, review, and manage employment contracts for new hires.
Ensure all contracts are properly documented, signed, and stored securely.
Keep track of contract renewals, extensions, and terminations.
Work with management to update contract terms as needed based on company policies.

6. Attendance Monitoring
Monitor employee attendance and ensure compliance with work schedules.
Maintain and track leave records to ensure accuracy in payroll processing.
Address attendance-related concerns and provide reports to management.

7. Company Events Management
Assist in planning and organizing company events, team-building activities, and training sessions.
Coordinate logistics, schedules, and communication for company-wide events.
Support on-site teams in executing engagement activities.

8. HR Administration & Reporting
Maintain accurate and updated employee records.
Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR tools.
Ensure HR processes align with WADIC’s strategic objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
? Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR roles.
? Experience with HR software and payroll systems is an advantage.
? Strong knowledge of employment contracts and HR documentation.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
? Must have a stable internet connection and and a dedicated workspace at home.
