Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cold Callers to join our real estate wholesaling team. Your primary responsibility will be to reach out to homeowners who may be interested in selling their property, gather information, and identify motivated sellers. This role is ideal for someone who is persuasive, confident, and comfortable handling objections while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to homeowners using provided lead lists.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to determine the seller's level of motivation and gather key property details.
- Build rapport with property owners and handle objections effectively.
- Document call outcomes and update the CRM system with seller information.
- Follow up with leads via phone
- Work closely with the acquisitions team to transition warm leads for further negotiation.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and conversion targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Prior cold calling, sales, or telemarketing experience preferred (real estate experience is a plus).
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
- Basic understanding of real estate wholesaling or willingness to learn.
- Experience using CRM systems and dialer software (preferred but not required).
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (for remote roles).

Compensation:

- $4 an hour, $5 for 5 leads, $10 for 10 leads, $15 for 15 leads, and 1% commission
