We are a Healthcare staffing company based in North Carolina, USA

Here is what you need to be successful in this role:
- Experience in the healthcare segment preferably in staffing, home care etc.
- Experience as recruiter in Healthcare would be a plus
- A Strong communicator, very extrovert, Good Spoken English with "No Accent". Strong written english skills
- A Passionate self starter with high energy, who strives for perfection and genuineness in everything you do
- Very comfortable and confident in having conversations with Senior leadership in US companies
- Have a bachelors degree with at-least one year experience as Virtual Assistant doing "grave yard" shift
- Scheduling, recruiting, and operations experience will be plus
- Ability to multi task and work under highly dynamic environment is expected

The job...
- You will help with recruiting new applicants in our staffing agency where we staff Skilled Nursing Rehabs, Assisted Living, Hospitals and other medical facilities
- Operations support for the staffing company involving - scheduling, monitoring clock-in/clock-outs, handling call-outs etc.
- Working with facilities to get new open schedules and enter the schedule in our online system
- Screening and interviewing new candidates and onboarding them onto our HR/onboarding system, scheduling system and payroll
