Analyze comparable sales and property values.
Identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with sellers, buyers, and other industry professionals.
Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the transaction process.
Follow up with all leads promptly.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain accurate records of all leads, contracts, and transactions.
Ensure all transactions comply with legal and ethical standards.
