**Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST**

We are a growing construction company seeking a talented SEO Lead Generation Digital Marketing Expert to drive high-quality leads and expand our client base. This role requires fluency in English, advanced expertise in SEO and digital marketing, and proficiency with AI tools to optimize advertising campaigns and enhance lead generation strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and generate leads
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and optimize website content, landing pages, and blogs for lead conversion
- Design and manage digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, email marketing, content marketing) focused on lead generation
- Leverage AI tools to enhance ad campaign performance, creative development, and audience targeting
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track performance and refine strategies
- Build and optimize lead funnels to convert prospects into clients
- Collaborate with the team to align marketing efforts with sales goals

**Requirements:**
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must
- Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, and lead generation (e.g., driving measurable results)
- Expertise with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., Ahrefs, Moz)
- Knowledge of AI tools for advertising campaigns (e.g., AdCreative.ai, Upgrade to see actual info, Jasper, or Google Ads AI features)
- Strong understanding of lead generation tactics (e.g., landing page optimization, CTA development)
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Creative, proactive, and great communication abilities
- Ability to work 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday

**Compensation:**
- Month 1: $350 + commission for scheduling meetings
- Month 2: $400 + commission for scheduling meetings
- Month 3 onward: $500 + commission for scheduling meetings
