**Job Title: Administrative Assistant**
**Location: Remote (California Time Zone)**
**Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST**
**twice a month working Saturday or Sunday **
**Industry: Construction**


**Compensation:**
- Month 1: $350 + commission for scheduling meetings
- Month 2: $400 + commission for scheduling meetings
- Month 3 onward: $500 + commission for scheduling meetings

6month total salary of $1,000+ guaranteed

**Job Description:**
We are a growing construction company seeking a reliable and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role requires fluency in English (both verbal and written), proficiency in CRM software, and experience with social media management and content creation to support our online presence and client engagement.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, clients, and project updates
- Communicate professionally with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers via phone, email, and other channels
- Manage social media accounts (e.g., posting updates, responding to inquiries)
- Create engaging content for social media, such as posts, images, or short captions related to construction projects
- Assist with general office tasks as needed

**Requirements:**
- Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Proven experience in social media management (e.g., platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Ability to create compelling content for social media (text, basic graphics, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor and great communication abilities

Fluent English (Required)
Exceptional verbal and written English skills for clear, professional communication with clients, teaUpgrade to see actual infombers, and stakeholders.
Ability to draft emails, reports, and other correspondence with proper grammar and tone.
Organizational Skills
Strong ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail for accurate documentation and planning.
CRM Proficiency
Expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, manage client data, and update records.
Time Management
Efficiency in working a set schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST, Monday - Friday) while juggling multiple responsibilities.
Technical Skills
Proficiency with office tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
Basic troubleshooting skills for software or equipment (optional but useful).
Interpersonal Skills
Friendly, professional attitude to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
Ability to handle inquiries or issues with patience and tact.
Canva Expertise (Advantage)
Skill in using Canva to create visually appealing materials such as flyers, presentations, or promotional graphics for the construction company.
Social Media Content Creation (Advantage)
Experience crafting engaging posts or managing social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn) to promote the company’s projects or services.
Understanding of basic social media trends and branding.
Adaptability
Willingness to learn construction-specific processes or terminology.
Flexibility to take on diverse tasks as needed.
Problem-Solving
Ability to resolve scheduling conflicts or address challenges proactively.
Sales Support (Bonus for Commission)
Comfort with scheduling meetings to earn commission, requiring initiative and follow-through.

**Compensation:**
