**Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST**

- Month 2: $400 + commission for scheduling meetings

**Job Description:**
We are a growing construction company seeking a reliable and skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role requires fluency in English (both verbal and written), proficiency in CRM software, and experience with social media management and content creation to support our online presence and client engagement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, clients, and project updates
- Communicate professionally with clients and tea
- Manage social media accounts (e.g., posting updates, responding to inquiries)
- Create engaging content for social media, such as posts, images, or short captions related to construction projects
- Assist with general office tasks as needed

Efficiency in working a set schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST, Monday - Friday) while juggling multiple responsibilities.
Technical Skills

Interpersonal Skills
