As our Caregiver Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and
onboarding caregivers to meet the needs of our growing client base. You will play a
crucial role in maintaining a strong pipeline of high-quality caregivers and ensuring a
smooth hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Caregiver Sourcing & Recruitment
- Actively source caregivers through job boards (Indeed, myCNAjobs,
ZipRecruiter), social media, and referral networks
- Implement creative recruiting strategies to attract top talent in a competitive
market
- Maintain an up-to-date talent pipeline to ensure quick staffing when new cases
arise
Screening & Interviewing
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and
cultural fit
- Schedule and conduct structured interviews to evaluate skills, availability, and
reliability
- Administer background checks, reference checks, and credential
verifications
Onboarding Compliance
- Guide caregivers through the hiring & onboarding process
- Ensure all certifications, health records, and employment documents are
submitted
- Maintain compliance with state regulations & company policies
- Coordinate and lead training & orientation to set caregivers up for success
Recruitment Strategy & Metrics
? Track key recruitment metrics (calls, phone screens, interviews, hires)
? Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and recommend solutions
? Collaborate with the Operations Manager & Scheduling Team to ensure
staffing meets client needs
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-3+ years of caregiver or healthcare recruiting experience (home care,
assisted living, or staffing agency preferred)
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and job boards
- Passion for helping caregivers find fulfilling work while supporting clients in
need
