Health and Wellness Sales - Inbound/outbound

We are looking for Sales Representatives with strong customer empathy to assist prospective and current customers, provide information about our products to achieve repeat sales and add-on sales.

What You’ll Do:
Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat to assist customers with their questions about our programs and offerings.
Complete outbound sales via phone, email and chat to renew subscriptions and sell new subscriptions.
Educate prospective customers on our weight loss and wellness products.
Guide customers through the purchasing process, ensuring they feel confident in their decision.
Follow up with leads and past customers to encourage continued engagement.
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout their journey.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent English speaker with minimal accent (strong verbal and written communication skills are a must).
Experience in Sales customer service, and health and wellness experience is a plus.
A motivated, people-first attitude with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Comfortable working remotely and managing conversations professionally via phone, chat, and email.
Ability to handle objections and help customers feel confident in their choices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
