Our brands are dedicated to delivering high-quality imagery and marketing solutions to realtors, families, and businesses. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented assistant to take on the role of Marketing Manager & Executive Assistant to support our growing businesses.

Role Overview

As our marketing manager, you will be responsible for overseeing marketing efforts across all our photography brands while also managing executive tasks to keep operations running smoothly. You will work closely with Daniel (business owner), handling digital marketing, social media management, print design, client communication, and administrative support. A key part of your role will also involve handling inbound and outbound calls to provide excellent customer service to existing clients and generate new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Management:

Develop and implement marketing strategies for real estate photography and family portrait businesses.
Create and schedule social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc) to engage and grow our audience.
Design marketing materials using Photoshop, Canva, or Lightroom, including flyers, social media graphics, and email templates.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture client relationships.
Write engaging blog posts, social media captions, and promotional content.
Manage online ads (Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads) to drive leads and sales.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance to optimize strategies.
Create accounts on marketing platforms and get new clients

Client Communication & Sales Support:

Handle inbound calls to assist current clients with bookings, questions, and service inquiries/sales.
Make outbound calls to follow up with leads, lead lists, schedule appointments, and build relationships with potential clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless booking experience.
Maintain and update the client database with notes from calls and interactions.
Follow up on inquiries through phone, email, and social media messages.
Identify opportunities to upsell services and maximize revenue.

Executive Assistant Duties:

Handle email correspondence, appointment scheduling, and calendar management.
Organize and track marketing initiatives, client requests, and deadlines.
Assist with CRM management, ensuring client details and follow-ups are up-to-date.
Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations as needed.
Research industry trends and suggest innovative marketing ideas.
Coordinate with editors, designers, and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to execute projects.
Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with strong communication skills.
Experience in customer service, inbound/outbound calling, or sales is a plus.
Marketing experience (especially in digital marketing, social media, and email marketing).
Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar design tools (or willingness to learn).
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and work independently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Experience in real estate or photography industries is a plus but not required.
