Experienced Pinterest Media Buyer

Having shipped over 40,000 orders and growing, we’re looking for a skilled Pinterest Media Buyer to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and scale our brand’s presence on Pinterest.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Pinterest Ads Manager to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Conduct audience research and develop targeting strategies to reach high-intent shoppers.
- Create, test, and refine ad creatives (including static pins, video pins, and carousel ads) in collaboration with the design team.
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting bids and budgets to maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Utilize A/B testing to improve ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
- Stay up to date with Pinterest’s latest trends, algorithm changes, and advertising best practices.
- Provide detailed performance reports and insights to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pinterest Media Buyer or in a similar paid media role.
- Strong understanding of Pinterest Ads Manager, audience targeting, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
- Experience with e-commerce brands and direct-response advertising strategies.
- Knowledge of creative best practices for high-performing Pinterest ads.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Shopify, and third-party tracking tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and a workspace conducive to remote work.
