RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Engagement & Follow-Up
- Manage inbound and SDR-qualified leads via phone,
- Conduct discovery calls to assess customer needs and pain points.
Consultative Selling & Objection Handling
- Educate prospects on Citygreen’s solutions, ROI, and long-term benefits.
- Address concerns about cost, implementation, and alternatives effectively.
Pipeline & CRM Management
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline within HubSpot CRM, tracking all engagements, follow-ups, and conversions.
Proposal & Quoting
- Create custom proposals and pricing quotes for small-to-mid-sized projects.
- Coordinate with the field sales team on large-scale opportunities.
Collaboration & Strategy
- Work closely with marketing, SDRs, and sales teams to improve conversion rates.
- Provide feedback on market trends and lead quality to refine sales strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS
Sales Closer: Minimum 2+ years of experience in inside sales, consultative selling, or B2B sales
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus).
Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written English skills with a consultative sales approach.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to understand technical solutions and communicate their value to prospects.
Goal-Oriented: You love hitting revenue targets and closing deals
Adaptability: Willing to work U.S. business hours (night shift).
