Virtual Assistant – Product Lister for Dropshipping Store

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant (VA) – Product Lister to help manage and upload products to our dropshipping store. You will be provided with a spreadsheet containing product sources (from various stores), and your task will be to list these products on our store with optimized descriptions, images, sizes, and shipping details etc.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and experienced in e-commerce product listing.

Key Responsibilities:
? Use the provided spreadsheet to extract product details
? Upload products to our store with proper formatting
? Edit and enhance product descriptions for better conversions
? Optimize product titles and SEO for visibility
? Resize, edit, and enhance product images if necessary
? Update size charts and ensure accuracy
? Set up correct shipping details & pricing
? Categorize products properly for a clean store layout
? Double-check listings for accuracy and completeness

Requirements:
? Experience with dropshipping product listing (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce)
? Strong English writing skills (for editing descriptions)
? Ability to follow instructions and work independently
? Familiarity with tools like Canva, AliExpress, Oberlo, or similar
? Basic photo editing skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop)
? Knowledge of shipping setup & product variants
? Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
