Shipping Professional / Shipstation

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Shipping Optimization Specialist to help streamline and enhance our current shipping settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how shipping dimensions, weight, and pricing strategies impact overall costs and efficiency. If you have a proven track record of optimizing shipping processes and improving logistics operations, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Shipping Cost Optimization: Analyze and adjust shipping settings to ensure cost-effective pricing based on item dimensions, weight, and destination.

ShipStation Expertise: Configure and optimize ShipStation settings to align with our product range and shipping needs.

Multi-Item Shipping: Develop efficient pricing strategies for orders containing multiple items to minimize costs while maintaining service quality.

International Shipping: Set up and manage international shipping options, including duties, taxes, and compliance with global shipping regulations.

Requirements:
Proven experience in optimizing shipping settings for e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WordPress, or similar).

Strong understanding of how dimensions and weight impact shipping costs.

Hands-on experience with ShipStation or similar shipping management tools.

Expertise in setting up international shipping, including duties and customs processes.

Ability to create efficient pricing strategies for multi-item orders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Shopify or WordPress e-commerce sites.

Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management best practices.

Knowledge of carrier-specific pricing structures and negotiation.
