Footage Researcher (E-commerce)

We are looking for a dedicated Footage Researcher to join our team and assist our video editors by sourcing high-quality B-roll clips from TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our editors have quick access to relevant, engaging, and high-quality footage that aligns with our video themes.

This is a straightforward job, perfect for someone who enjoys browsing social media and has a keen eye for compelling visuals. No advanced video editing skills are needed, but strong research skills and attention to detail are a must.

Responsibilities:

-Research and collect high-quality, raw-feeling B-roll clips from TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms.
-Organize and deliver clips efficiently to editors for easy access.
-Work closely with video editors to understand their requirements and preferences.
-Maintain an organized library of sourced clips for future use.

Requirements:

-If you got short-listed, we will require you to do a trial test.
-Strong research skills with the ability to find high-quality clips quickly.
-Familiarity with video aesthetics and an understanding of what makes good B-roll.
-Proficiency in navigating and searching through YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and stock footage platforms.
-Highly organized with a structured approach to collecting and sorting files.
-Strong attention to detail (VERY important for this role).
-Ability to follow specific guidelines and avoid restricted content.
