Website Specialist

We are looking for a creative and skilled Web Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and maintaining websites using WordPress and a variety of other content management systems (CMS). You will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly websites that align with our company's brand and objectives. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to bring our digital presence to life and ensure it meets the needs of our diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Design and Development:

Design, develop, and maintain websites using WordPress. Experience with other CMS platforms like Framer or Wix is a plus as we might migrate to another platform..
Customize and optimize WordPress elementor themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
Ensure websites are responsive, accessible, and provide a seamless user experience across all devices.
Content Management:

Collaborate with content creators to integrate text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements effectively.
Manage and update website content to keep information current and engaging.
User Experience Enhancement:

Apply UI/UX best practices to improve site navigation, layout, and functionality.
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to inform design improvements.
Technical Optimization:

Implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
Optimize website performance, including page load times and overall site speed.
Ensure website security by applying updates and implementing best practices.
Cross-Platform Integration:

Integrate websites with various systems and platforms (e.g., CRM (ZOHO) social media and back end sales systems).
Work with APIs and third-party services to enhance website capabilities.
Collaboration and Support:

Work closely with developers, marketers, and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to align web designs with business goals.
Provide technical support and training to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers on CMS usage.
Continuous Learning:

Stay updated with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices.
Explore and propose new tools and platforms that can improve our web presence.
Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web design.
Extensive experience with WordPress, including theme and plugin customization.
Familiarity with multiple CMS platforms (e.g., Framer, Webflow, WordPress, Wix_etc, ) is highly desirable.
Proven portfolio showcasing web design projects across different platforms.
Skills:

Proficient in responsive design principles.
Strong understanding of UI/UX design concepts.
Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
