We produce both paid ads and organic content that connect authentically with audiences while driving measurable results.

Role Overview
We’re seeking a Direct Response Creative Strategist & Ad Editor with a strong eye for creative, a keen sense for marketing trends, and a proven ability to craft compelling, high-converting ad campaigns. You will collaborate with our internal team and clients to conceptualize, script, edit, and optimize direct-response content primarily for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities
Concept & Script Development

Ideate and develop direct-response ad concepts that resonate with Western audiences, employing storytelling fundamentals and a clear value proposition.
Stay up to date with the latest social media trends to keep our clients’ content fresh and engaging.
Video Editing & Production

Use tools such as CapCut, Captions, Premiere Pro (or other relevant software) to edit and produce ads that reflect brand identity and meet performance objectives.
Source, organize, and manage footage from online libraries or client assets to craft cohesive ad narratives.
Ad Research & Trend Analysis

Utilize tools like Adscan, Foreplay, or any ad spy equivalents to stay informed about competitor creatives and industry best practices.
Continuously monitor audience behavior and trends to identify timely angles for creative optimization.
Performance Analysis & Optimization

Understand and interpret Facebook ad metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, etc.) to determine winning ad formats and inform new creative strategies.
Work closely with the media buying team to scale successful creative concepts.
Project Management & Collaboration

Use Notion (or similar project management tools) to track tasks, share updates, and collaborate seamlessly with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Communicate effectively with clients to align creative concepts with their brand guidelines and marketing goals.
Qualifications
Proven track record in direct-response marketing, preferably with DTC brands.
Proficiency in creative research platforms (Adscan, Foreplay, or similar).
Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Captions, Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
Familiarity with project management software (Notion or similar).
Ability to craft compelling scripts/stories that grab attention and drive conversions.
Experience reading and analyzing key Facebook ad metrics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
