JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help streamline operations across my businesses through automation, scheduling, and client communication. This is a part-time role (2-3 hours/day) with the potential to grow into more hours as we refine and expand our systems.

What You’ll Do:
? Automate workflows using Zapier (must be fluent).
? Manage and optimize Upgrade to see actual info – build/update boards, set up automations, and organize staff & client data.
? Assist with scheduling – updating calendars, client bookings, and team coordination.
? Handle client communication – respond to leads, follow-ups via email and phone.
? Support marketing efforts – assist with MailChimp (preferred but can be learned).
? Coordinate photography bookings for Spotted Productions.
? Be available during Houston business hours (8 AM - 4 PM CST) – active work will be around 2-3 hours/day.

Requirements:
???? Fluent in English (written & spoken).
? Can work in the Houston time zone (CST).
???? Strong internet connection for smooth communication.
? Proficiency in Zapier & Upgrade to see actual info is a must!
???? Bonus if you have experience with MailChimp, marketing, and client outreach.
