We are a growing Amazon FBA business dedicated to sourcing and delivering high-quality products across a wide range of categories. We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable Virtual Assistant to help us streamline our operations and grow our business.
Responsibilities:
Product Research: Conduct detailed product research using tools like Keepa, SellerAmp, Jungle Scout, Tactical Arbitrage, or Abritage Hero to identify profitable items with strong demand and healthy profit margins across various categories.
Supplier Sourcing: Contact suppliers, negotiate prices, and establish relationships to source high-quality products.
Inventory Management: Track stock levels, manage inventory replenishment, and ensure timely restocking to avoid stockouts.
Listing Optimization: Create, edit, and optimize product listings with compelling copy and keywords to improve visibility and sales.
Order Fulfillment: Manage orders for both Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and Fulfillment by Merchant (FBM), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors’ strategies and pricing trends to stay ahead in the market.
Report Creation: Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and tools like Keepa, SellerAmp, Jungle Scout, Tactical Arbitrage, or Abritage Hero.
Strong understanding of FBA and FBM processes.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and analysis.
Self-motivated and eager to contribute to business growth.
