**The Role:**
- Replying to customer Emails
- Asking for Reviews
- Can request reviews on amazon orders
- Replying to Upgrade to see actual infoments & Messages
- Block/Delete Negative People
- Subscription Failed Orders Reach Out
- End of Week Reports
- Refunds, Late Orders Etc

- ANY RANDOM AD HOC VIRTUAL ASSISTANT TYPE TASKS FROM CEO AND COO


**Requirements:**
- Must have previous experience working for ecommerce brand
- Must be able to navigate shopify dashboard
- Must be personable & have high emotional intelligence
- Must fit in with our team, and be an action taker

- MUST BE WILLING TO WORK EST HOURS.

- We are a very small team with LOTS of room for growth

**SALARY:**
- 40h Per Week (Will require much less ACTIVE working time)
- $500/M, paid Bi-weekly



**TIME COMMITMENT:**
- 8 Hrs a Day, 5 Days A Week [Monday to Friday EST]
- 9AM - 5PM EST.
