Webflow Expert / Website Manager – Long-Term Partnership

I am looking for a Senior Webflow Expert / Website Manager with a strong eye for design and experience leading website projects from start to finish.

This is NOT a consistent weekly role — I will rely on you long-term for our website, but work will come in batches (every few weeks or months) after the initial launch. However, when you’re needed, I need someone I can trust to lead, manage, and take initiative with little hand-holding.

ABOUT THE PROJECT:
I’m launching a marketing website for my design production agency. The initial scope is a website and a few simple landing pages designed to funnel leads from paid ads and marketing campaigns. We will likely build from a Webflow template and customize it to suit our needs. After launch, I’ll occasionally need support for updates, improvements, and new pages.

I need someone "senior-level" who knows Webflow inside and out — everything from site build, CMS, animations, forms, integrations, SEO best practices, performance optimization, and ongoing website management. You should also have a strong eye for design and be able to make recommendations if something looks off or could be better. I need a PARTNER and consultant that can manage themselves, not just a freelancer.

ABOUT ME:
I’ve started 2 companies — one of which was acquired in Nov 2023. I’m a founder-turned-Creative Director / Strategist needing expert support for this next chapter.

What I’m Looking For:
• Webflow EXPERT – Minimum 7+ years experience building and managing Webflow sites
• Strong understanding of CMS, SEO, and website performance
• Experience in running marketing campaigns is a strong plus
• Experience with integrations (forms, CRMs, Zapier, etc.)
• Good understanding of front-end basics (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus
• Design eye is important — You don’t need to design from scratch but should know what looks good and why
• Stays updated on Webflow features and proactively suggests improvements
• Ability to lead the website build, communicate clearly, and take initiative
• Optional but nice to have: Copywriting input or content structure suggestions
• Fluent in English – Minimum Conversational level required for effective communication
• Bonus: Experience working with marketing agencies or creative studios
• NO AGENCIES — Individual freelancers only

Working at least 4-6 hours in Pacific Time Zone (PST) is a strong plus but not required.

COMPENSATION:
• $15/hour USD
• Starts as a project-based role for the website launch, then transitions into an occasional ad-hoc role for updates and improvements (every few weeks/months).

• Full Webflow site setup and management
• Customizing a template to fit our brand and needs
• Build of landing pages, forms, and basic animations
• CMS setup if needed
• Site optimization for speed and SEO basics
• Technical maintenance and monthly update suggestions
• Occasional website improvements and new pages (as needed)
