As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Specialist to manage and enhance our IT systems, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and support our team in delivering top-tier services.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Full-Time IT Specialist to take ownership of our agency’s IT infrastructure. This role involves maintaining networks, supporting staff with technical issues, managing security protocols, and ensuring that our systems run efficiently and securely. You'll also play a key role in system upgrades, software implementation, and data management.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and wearing multiple hats in IT.
Key Responsibilities:
Network & Systems Administration:
Maintain and monitor our computer networks (LAN/WAN), servers, and cloud systems.
Ensure network security and system availability.
Technical Support:
Provide helpdesk support to internal teams
Set up workstations, accounts, and access for new employees.
Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
Software & Application Management:
Manage and customize CRM (for insurance) or ATS (for staffing) platforms.
Ensure smooth integration with third-party tools and platforms.
Assist in the development and maintenance of the company website and client portals.
Data & Security Management:
Ensure data integrity, backups, and disaster recovery processes.
Monitor cybersecurity risks and implement protective measures.
Handle sensitive client and candidate data in compliance with industry regulations
Process Improvement & Automation:
Analyze workflows and recommend IT solutions to improve efficiency.
Support the implementation of system upgrades and digital transformation initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience in IT support, network administration, or systems management.
Strong knowledge of cloud services, and cybersecurity.
Experience with CRM/ATS platforms is a plus. Please indicate your experience when applying.
Familiarity with website maintenance is an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Strong communication skills to support non-technical users.
Knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR) is a bonus.
