Operations Manager – Social Media & Remote Team Management

We are a fast-growing digital agency that manages social media brands and creators across various platforms (Instagram, Reddit, Threads, etc.).

We are looking for a high-level Operations Manager who can take full ownership of backend systems, manage remote teams, and streamline workflows.

Responsibilities:
Oversee & manage VA teams (Reddit posters, Threads, account creators).
Ensure all operational tasks, content schedules, and deadlines are met.
Audit, improve, and document SOPs.
Hire, train, and fire VAs as needed to maintain efficiency.
Conduct weekly reports on KPIs, team performance, and system improvements.
Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions without needing supervision.
Comfortable managing brands in adult-oriented industries (No direct content creation required).
Requirements:
Proven experience managing remote teams (5+ team members minimum).
Strong leadership & decision-making skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, adult-content-focused environment.
Experience in writing SOPs & improving workflows.
Excellent English communication.
Strong organizational & accountability mindset.
