Description:
I'm seeking an organized and reliable virtual assistant to join my insurance agency team. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Appointment Setting with Existing Clients:

Reach out to current clients via phone to schedule appointments for policy reviews.

Cold Calling for Commercial Insurance:

Make cold calls to businesses to introduce our commercial insurance services and set appointments for quoting new policies.

Claims Follow-up:

Contact clients who have recently filed insurance claims to ensure they're satisfied and everything is proceeding smoothly.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent verbal communication

Professional and friendly phone etiquette

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work independently and manage call logs

Basic knowledge or interest in the insurance industry is preferred but not required
