Medpak Solutions is a leading OEM manufacturer specializing in cosmetic and industrial solutions. We partner with businesses to develop and produce high-quality private-label and contract-manufactured products. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Director of Marketing & Lead Generation with a proven track record in OEM manufacturing, industrial sectors, or B2B contract manufacturing.

Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven marketing leader to drive demand generation, lead acquisition, and brand positioning in the OEM and industrial space. This role requires expertise in intent data, buyer persona development, and B2B lead generation to attract and convert high-quality prospects. The ideal candidate will also have experience leading a high-performing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition in OEM manufacturing.
Leverage intent data and predictive analytics to identify and engage high-potential B2B leads, optimizing conversion rates.
Create and refine industrial buyer personas based on market research, ensuring targeted messaging and improved engagement.
Oversee content marketing and digital campaigns (SEO, website, email marketing, social media, and case studies) tailored to industrial buyers and procurement teams.
Optimize lead generation efforts through automation tools like GoHighLevel (GHL), CRM integrations, and sales enablement strategies.
Manage and mentor a team of 5 marketing professionals, including SEO specialists, copywriters, content strategists, and digital marketers, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with company goals.
Track KPIs and marketing performance, continuously refining strategies to maximize ROI and pipeline growth.
Required Qualifications
? 5+ years of experience in OEM manufacturing, contract manufacturing, or industrial B2B marketing.
? Proven success in lead generation, digital marketing, and sales enablement for industrial clients.
? Expertise in intent data, predictive analytics, and persona-driven marketing.
? Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms).
? Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and complex decision-making processes in industrial markets.
? Experience leading and managing a team of at least 5 professionals across SEO, content creation, and digital marketing.
