We are rapidly growing and planning to scale to 50 active clients within the next year. To reach this goal, we need a strong sales closer who can handle the increasing number of inbound leads.

$400 base salary (guaranteed when meeting basic KPIs)
$200–$400 per closed deal
$50 per client renewal (you earn passive income when clients renew)

What You Will Be Doing

Handling incoming warm leads (no need to generate leads yourself)
Making 30 outbound calls per day (150 per week)
Responding to inbound leads within 5 minutes
Qualifying clients based on a structured process
Scheduling and conducting online audits with clients
Closing deals using our proven methods
Making additional cold calls during slower periods
Updating the CRM system with all client interactions
Encouraging client renewals and upselling additional services

Who We Are Looking For

Fluent English speaker with an American or neutral accent
1+ year of experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation
Strong closing skills and ability to follow scripts while adapting to client needs
Self-motivated and performance-driven
Comfortable using CRM systems

You do not need to be a senior sales executive, but you must be coachable, confident, and results-oriented.
