What You’ll Do:
???? Email Campaign Management
? Coordinate prospect lists and align them with relevant events and email templates
? Send templated email campaigns using Mailchimp
? Ensure proper segmentation and scheduling of email outreach

???? Lead Funnel & Response Management
? Monitor incoming responses and direct leads to the right teams
? Maintain accurate records of outreach progress in Airtable
? Support improvements in email workflows for better engagement

What We’re Looking For:
?? Experience in email marketing and lead management
?? Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
?? Familiarity with Airtable, Google Suite, and Mailchimp
?? Ability to manage multiple campaigns and execute structured workflows
?? Strong written communication skills
