About This Job:
OptiMindHealth is a mental health and wellness counseling company. We are a group of doctors, psychologists, and clinical social workers committed to improving the psychological health and wellbeing of our patients. We are supported by a hard-working and devoted staff who help us in all aspects of practice operations.

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to provide on demand help desk support based on our defined operating procedures, and to suggest recommendations on enhancing our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will respond to tickets, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensure network stability, perform regular maintenance checks, connect with relevant stakeholders, and work well in a team. Familiarity with Azure, PowerBI, Intune, Autopilot deployments, and on demand help desk service required. If you have several years of relevant experience, and a passion for IT support with a proactive approach to problem-solving we want to hear from you!

Salary and Work Setup:
The position is a permanent work from home arrangement, with additional details below.
Base Salary: 52,500 PHP Monthly
Commission-Based: No
Payment Method: Twice Per Month
Work Schedule: US Business Hours; Full-Time; 40 hours per week (No part-time)
