Who We’re Looking For:
We need an A-Player who;

- Lives and breathes Facebook Ads – You know the platform inside and out.
- Has a proven track record – You’ve successfully run and scaled ad campaigns with profitable ROAS.
- Understands lead generation – Experience working with high-ticket offers is a plus.
- Is proactive and results-driven – You analyze data, spot trends, and optimize campaigns for the best results.
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented – You manage multiple campaigns efficiently without missing key performance indicators.
- Communicates effectively – You’re fluent in English (spoken and written) and can provide clear campaign reports.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment – You can adapt, innovate, and make decisions quickly.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

- Build, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make real-time optimizations to improve ROAS.
- Research, test, and implement new ad strategies to improve lead generation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues quickly.
- Analyze data and report on key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the team to develop high-performing ad creatives and offers.
- Utilize automation tools like Zapier and GoHighLevel to streamline workflows.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience running paid Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.
- Proven ability to scale ad accounts profitably.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with lead generation and high-ticket service industries (preferred).
- Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, GoHighLevel) is a plus.
- Experience working remotely with project management tools (Slack, Upgrade to see actual info, Trello).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
