What You’ll Do
- Build, optimize, and troubleshoot automation workflows using Upgrade to see actual info, Zapier, and n8n
- Integrate various APIs and tools without writing traditional code
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose automation solutions
- Debug and refine automations to ensure reliability and scalability
- Document processes, automation structures, and best practices
- Stay up to date with new features and updates in no-code automation tools

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in automation tools: You should be comfortable with Upgrade to see actual info, Zapier, and n8n (bonus if you’ve worked with APIs, webhooks, or databases)
- Strong analytical skills: You can break down complex processes and optimize them for efficiency
- Attention to detail: You catch mistakes before they happen and ensure automations run flawlessly
- Passion for new technology: You’re excited about AI, automation, and emerging tools in the no-code space
- Hardworking & self-motivated: You enjoy solving challenges and going the extra mile to create effective automations

Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion, or Webflow
- Familiarity with API documentation and JSON formatting
- Knowledge of basic scripting in JavaScript or Python (not required but a plus)
