Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant / Sales & Marketing Representative who will support our sales team and manage various administrative tasks. The role involves engaging with potential M&A clients, managing communications, and implementing marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Support outbound sales activities, including identifying and engaging potential M&A clients through cold calling,
Assist in preparing and distributing marketing materials like
Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on meetings between potential clients and senior management.
Handle administrative duties such as data entry, file management, and CRM updates to ensure all client interactions are logged and accessible.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the behavioral healthcare industry to effectively support sales and marketing efforts.
Maintain professionalism in client interactions, ensuring communication is clear and reflective of Strategique Partners' standards.
Participate in virtual networking events and industry conferences to assist in lead generation and market analysis.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a sales role, preferably in M&A or the behavioral healthcare sector.
Exceptional communication skills in English, with fluency and an accent that aligns closely with US native speakers.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting on Eastern Standard Time to synchronize with US business hours.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and CRM software.
