JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Video Editor & Manager to join our real estate media team. This dual role involves editing engaging, high-quality videos for social media platforms and managing the day-to-day social media content strategy. You will be responsible for creating short-form videos, managing content calendars, and monitoring engagement across platforms to boost brand visibility and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce short-form videos tailored for social media platforms from existing footage for (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Develop and execute social media content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage and update content calendars to ensure timely and consistent posting
- Collaborate with the team to create content that aligns with the brand’s voice and marketing goals
- Analyze social media performance and provide insights for improvement

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or CapCut.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
