Role Overview:
We are seeking a Client Appointment Specialist to join our remote team. This role involves making outbound calls to leads, booking appointments, and managing lead information for our dog grooming clients. The ideal candidate is skilled in sales, follow-up, and customer service, with excellent spoken English and experience using MoeGo (preferred) or other CRMs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calls: Call leads 3-5 times to schedule grooming appointments.
- Appointment Booking: Manage appointments directly in clients' MoeGo calendars.
- Lead Management: Update and track leads using MoeGo or other CRM tools.
- Scripted Communication: Follow provided scripts and use a master info sheet with client services, pricing, and availability.
- Customer Interaction: Handle objections, answer questions, and maximize conversion rates.
- Social Media Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments on Facebook posts, answer inquiries, and engage with potential customers.

Qualifications:

- Sales and Follow-Up Skills: Experience in sales or telemarketing with a strong ability to convert leads into appointments.
- Excellent Spoken English: Clear, professional, and confident communication skills. This is a must.
- CRM Experience: MoeGo experience preferred; experience with Go High-Level or other CRMs is a plus.
- Customer Service: Friendly, patient, and able to build rapport with potential customers.
- Social Media Skills: Basic understanding of engaging with audiences on Facebook.
